これほどカンタンなことはない。
１回目を今すぐやればいい。
明日、２回目をやればいい。
そうやって続ければ習慣になるのです。

数学的に言うならば、まず１回目をやる。
Ｎ回目を行ったとしたら、Ｎ＋１回目もやれば、それは習慣となる。

そこでの禁句は３つ。

  • 忙しい。
  • めんどくさい。
  • 明日からやる。
